MedIndia Charitable Trust has conceptualized and distributed the Health Cards on Clean Health Habits for improving the knowledge base of the hearing impaired, neglected and underprivileged target segment. The Health cards were distributed to 12 students of Schools in 8 districts of Tamil Nadu excluding Chennai.
The health cards on Clean Health Habits focussed on the following
- Prevention of communicable diseases such as Diarrhoea, Dysentry, Malaria, Typhoid, Leptospirosis, Amoebiasis, Cholera and Dengue
- Personal hygiene maintenance & Practice of Clean Healthy Habits
- Inculcating proper eating and drinking habits
- Knowledge of keeping the surroundings clean
